Oussama has been released after 24 hours of detention. We are still waiting for the political prisoners in Syria to be freed.
تم إطلاق سراح أسامة يوم السبت بعد ٢٤ ساعة من إعتقاله. مباركة له الحرية. نحن بانتظار إطلاق سراح كل معتقلي الرأي في سوريا.


قامت القوى الأمنية يوم الجمعة 2011/07/08 بإعتقال المسرحي الشاب البارز أسامة غنم في مظاهرة لنصرة الشعب السوري و حريته في حي الميدان بدمشق. ليست عندنا أخبار عنه منذ اعتقاله.
الحرية لأسامة و لسوريا ولكل سجناء الرأي الذين يتم اعتقالهم في أماكن غير معروفة بدون إمكانية الإتصال بذويهم أو مع العالم الخارجي، و محرومين من كافة حقوقهم ...

Notre ami et dramaturge Oussama Ghanam a été arrêté le 8 juillet 2011 et nous sommes sans nouvelle de lui depuis. Son arrestation s'est produite alors qu'il participait à une manifestation pour la liberté du peuple syrien. Nous réclamons sa liberté et celle de tous les prisonniers politiques détenus par le Régime syrien dans des conditions inadmissibles, coupés du monde et privés de tout droit.

Our friend, colleague and teacher Oussama Ghanam, Syrian theater director and professor, was arrested by Syrian Security Forces on Friday, July 8th in Almidan, Damascus, for his courageous stand with his people's demand of FREEDOM and DEMOCRACY. We do not know anything about him since then.
We demand the immediate release of Oussama and all prisoners of opinion. They are being arrested in unknown places without any contact to their families and the external world and deprived from all their rights.

Unser Freund Oussama Ghanam wurde am 08.07.2011 während einer Demonstration für die Freiheit des syrischen Volkes in Almidan / Damaskus verhaftet. Wir haben seitdem keine Nachrichten von ihm. Wir fordern seine Freiheit un die aller politischen Gefangenen durch das syrische Regime an. Diese werden in inakzeptablen Zuständen ohne jeglichen Kontakt zu ihren Familien und zur äußeren Welt in unbekannten Orten ohne jeglichen Rechte gefangen gehalten.
